Shipping Update: Canada Post Service Resumed

With Canada Post returning to work on a rotating strike basis, we are once again shipping primarily through Canada Post. This means most orders will now be fulfilled via Canada Post as usual.

For customers who prefer an alternative carrier or live in areas where Canada Post service may still be affected, UPS remains available as an option at checkout.

Shipping via UPS

We are now using UPS to ship all orders that can be delivered through their network. UPS is a reliable partner that will help us continue to fulfill orders quickly.

Please note:

• No P.O. Boxes: UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical address or a UPS Access Point to avoid delays.

• Rural areas: Some remote locations may not be serviceable by UPS or may incur exorbitantly high shipping costs. If this affects your order, we’ll contact you with options to adjust your delivery.

• Free shipping on orders over $70.

• Orders under $70: $9.99 – $24.99.

• Local Calgary orders: Free shipping on orders over $35 with code FREESHIPCALGARY.

U.S. Shipping

Shipping to the United States is temporarily suspended. We hope to resume soon and will provide updates as the situation evolves.
