While I appreciate the moisturizing benefits of this lotion, I find myself reaching for beard oil more frequently. I typically apply the lotion after showering and washing my face and beard after work. The scent isn't my favorite, though thankfully it's quite subtle. Ultimately, it does effectively hydrate my beard.

A little goes a long way to make my beard soft and less prone to tangles with this subtlety scented cream. The consistency is more towards a lotion so be careful opening the container or you may end up using extra from the spillage.
