What does this mean for you? Starting immediately, we will use UPS to ship all orders we can. UPS offers reliable delivery services and will help us continue to fulfill your orders as quickly as possible during this disruption. However, please note the following:

• UPS does not ship to P.O. Boxes: If your shipping address includes a P.O. Box, please update your address with a physical location (Like a UPS access point) to avoid any shipping delays.
• UPS may not service all rural areas: Some rural locations may be affected, as UPS may not have coverage in certain remote areas. If your location is impacted, please change your delivery address to a UPS access point.

For our Calgary customers, orders will still be shipped via our local courier service as usual, ensuring no interruption for deliveries within the city.
